Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s Inaugural

Novel Formats and New Antibody Approaches

January 20-21, 2026

Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s inaugural Novel Formats and New Antibody Approaches track spotlights three areas of intense interest across the antibody community. First, the agenda examines fragment-based constructs—scFv-Fc fusions, VHH nanobodies, and half-life-tuned formats engineered for optimal serum and tissue exposure. Second, it surveys alternative scaffolds—affibodies, affimers, DARPins, mini-binders, and degrader conjugates—valued for compact size, stability, and access to challenging epitopes. Third, the program focuses on antibody–drug conjugates, presenting advances in linkers, payloads, radioligands, and trafficking that elevate DAR, penetration, and therapeutic precision. Submit a podium, poster, or sponsor presentation to help drive these rapidly evolving modalities forward.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Fragment-based approaches
    • SCFVs and FC fusion molecules
    • Single domain antibodies (VHH) / nanobodies
    • Tuning half-life with fragmented approaches
    • In serum
    • In tissue

The deadline for priority consideration is June 27, 2025.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
