Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 10th Annual

Higher-Throughput Protein Production and Characterization

Analyzing & Improving Processes

January 19-20, 2021

High-Throughput techniques (HTP) have become an essential strategy for improving protein processes and speeding up results. In CHI’s Higher-Throughput Protein Production and Characterization conference, successful HTP case studies will be shared by international experts. HTP screening, automation, and analysis will be discussed, along with methods for rapidly processing proteins. Leaders in the field will illustrate how they are integrating HTP approaches to reduce the time and effort needed to successfully characterize proteins, fine tune processes, and develop new classes of biological products.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Case studies
  • New technologies
  • Innovative processes
  • Integrated bioprocessing
  • Automation
  • Screening
  • Robotics
  • Liquid handling equipment
  • Analyzing samples/quality
  • Inline sensors
  • Using models to improve processes
  • QbD & DoE
  • Small-scale models
  • Multi-scale modeling
  • Scaling up purification processes
  • Continuous processing
  • High-throughput affinity reagent discovery
  • Parallel purification
  • Affinity precipitation
  • Refolding
  • Sequencing
  • Developing new classes of biological products
  • Purifying inclusion bodies
  • Assays/Microarrays
  • Network analyses
  • Engineering
  • Gathering and organizing data
  • Test/Analytical methods

If you would like to submit a proposal to give a presentation at this meeting, please click here.

The deadline for priority consideration is July 24, 2020.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.

If you are selected as a speaker for this virtual event, we request that you pre-record your presentation and be available during the “live” portion January 19-20 for interactive Q&A and panel discussions.
